The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing law firms, establishing a level of credibility with third parties such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers. We can assist with purchases through the government Help to Buy scheme including Equity Loan (England) and Shared Ownership (England)
