Mrs Premalatha Senthan (Latha) holds a LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Wales, UK and obtained her LLB (Hons) from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She is an Attorney -at- Law (Sri Lanka).
Latha has over 12 years of experience in the United Kingdom in her legal practice. She advises both individuals and businesses in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including dismissals, discrimination, equal pay, redundancies, restructuring, industrial relations, employee engagement, disciplinary and grievance processes and employment litigation.
She has successfully represented and defended numerous employment tribunal claims and enjoys working closely clients to achieve the best result for them whilst maintaining a good work relationship.
Latha also deals with all aspects of immigration and nationality law including asylum, human rights, EEA family permits, EU settlement scheme family permits and citizenship. She is accredited under the Law Society IAAS as a Senior Level 2 Caseworker which enables her to provide specialist legal representation under the firm's legal aid franchise.
